Using Masonite Products
The Design to Delivery Process using Masonite Beams:

Step 1
Get your architect to submit an outline plan to a Masonite stockist. You can find the right stockist for you by clicking on the Distribution tab on our website. This will show you geographically where our distributors are based and will give you a brief overview of each one. Choose the one you and your architect wish to work with and they will be happy to assist you.

Step 2
The stockist will work with your architect to come up with a detailed CAD drawing of how Masonite's structural products will work in the context of your plans. At this stage, special features such as floor performance can be agreed.

Step 3
Once the detailed drawing has been created, your Masonite stockist can schedule and price up your project. Further alterations can then be made to the plans if pricing and scheduling amendments need to be made. A definitive detailed drawing will then be agreed and your Masonite stockist will put into production the floor, wall or roof framing systems required. Whether you require a pre-packed structural floor kit for intermediate and separating floors or cassette floors and roofs or a full timber frame house kit, your Masonite stockist can help. Don't forget to ask them about the availability of add-on materials such as roof trusses, glulam beams and floor decking.

Step 4
Your structural system will be delivered to site ready for installation either by our Masonite distributor or your contractor, depending on what has been agreed up front.
