JTC Modular Solutions specialises in the construction of modular buildings and pre-fabricated timber wall, floor and roof panels. The founders have 25 years combined experience in this sector. Modular construction is a different method of creating additional space from the conventional approach of on-site construction. Modular buildings are built in sections, either 'flat-pack' or volumetric, in a quality controlled environment free from the effects of weather. The company's range of factory-built structural insulated timber panels enable the rapid on-site construction of domestic and commercial buildings. The timber panels are produced in JTC Modular Solutions' manufacturing facility in Rochester using fully certified sustainable materials and are extremely energy efficient whilst maintaining a healthy internal environment.
